Most of you out there are mortal, meaning that unless you want your current characters to become middle aged all of a sudden, we need to be sure that the pregnancies and development are children are happening at a slow enough pace to make sense. Therefore we have come up with trackers. A board for Trackers will be set up in the Pending Applications for women to keep track of their pregnancies and for children to keep track of their development.
We will set up a scale of how many threads must be done in each stage before moving on. You can always do more than the requirement, but you must meet the requirement before anything else.
PREGNANCY
- 1st Trimester (1-12 weeks): 2 threads
- 2nd Trimester (12-28 weeks): 3 threads
- 3rd Trimester (29-40 weeks): 2 threads
CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT
- Baby (0-1 year): 2 Threads
- Toddler (1-3 years): 4 Threads
- Child (4-9 years): 6 Threads
- Preteen (10-12 years): 3 Threads
- Teenager (13-19 years): 7 Threads
If someone plays a child, they do not have to do an application so long as they RP out the toddler years. If you choose, some threads the child can be godmoded by either parent until you find someone or until they get to a good age or even their entire lives. But if anyone picks up a child after the baby stage and toddler years are over, they must create an application to play them. Threads where children are godmoded do count so long as they appear performing some sort of action in more than one post in the thread.
If you would like the birth thread to count as a pregnancy thread, you must have it start while your character is in labor and post the link in your tracker and make a new post saying you are done. Do not have your character actually give birth until the tracker is accepted by a staffer as completed.
