Okay so I finally had a breakthrough! After lots and lots of thinking I finally came up with an idea!
There is a wealthy couple in Baton Rouge who Haley often babysits for. She has babysat the three children for years and loves them a lot. I want to have another person involved, so maybe Haley invites them over because she's bored or said person babysits them a lot, too, and offers to help. I just want someone else so it'll be easier and more fun to do.
Anyway, the parents come back and talk with Haley and whoever else is there for a little bit before vampires swarm the house. Haley and maybe her partner shift to help protect the family, but it's a lot more vampires than one or two young shifters can handle. Haley and her partner get injured, the parents die, but the children survive.
They become immortal children and Haley and the other person are reluctant to kill them. Haley has known them for a long time, the youngest girl since she was born. Not to mention they are so captivating and charming, even if they are vampires...Plus Haley never had an issue with vampires anyway, since her mom is a hybrid. They can try to keep the children imprisoned in the house and try to coax them into a diet of animal blood. I don't know all of the details, but since they'll be Immortal Children they'll probably have to die...Be it because Haley and her partner realize they have to or someone else comes and does it for them. Either way they'll be missing for a little while, trying to keep them safe or whatever. Anyway I thought it would be a fun thing to do! Anyone interested let me know and I shall choose someone to do it with later tonight or tomorrow!
